3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the content of the PDF files you upload. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

Our Premium tier is available on a monthly subscription basis. Payments will be processed through our third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). By subscribing, you agree to their terms of service. Subscription fees are billed on the 1st of each month.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Yellapu Sampreeth Naidu and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SlideChangerOnline, nor its owner, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
